At a special meeting held on November 22, 2011, our members approved the merger of Fitchburg Federal Credit Union with Webster First Federal Credit Union.

The decision by our Board of Directors and management to team up with one of the strongest institutions in Massachusetts was made as a result of the complexity of new regulations and the costs associated with offering any/all services in today’s marketplace.

By combining forces with Webster First, we will be able to support and enhance the offerings to our members by providing them with all the products in demand today, as well as the convenience of 12 additional banking locations.
